So I have had this obsession for a little while, and I am sure that many of you readers have the obsession too!

You start to question yourself, why are they so good for you and why is everyone so crazy about them?

- It is natures butter!!
- You can eat it with pretty much anything: Toast, Pancakes, Pizzas, Pasta, sauces, desserts (I dare you to name something that you can’t eat it with!)
