This video just highlights a few clips of my favourite beach, sand and water driving that I did down the East Coast of Australia.
Comment on this video if you saw any of these places in Australia and let me know which place is your favourite.

So here is a quick (not particularly quick) video that I put together for my sister which shows the highlight of her day.
It was an amazing, sunny Saturday in August that we enjoyed the celebration of Chloe & Adam celebrating getting married.
Please enjoy the video and some pictures will come soon.
Barcelona is an absolutely beautiful city and I will be going back for a long weekend in a months time, so I thought that I would post some of my favourite photos from my last visit with my girlfriends a couple of years ago.
The city has got everything you want, awesome culture, amazing promenade (which you can rollerskate down), beautiful art, great bars and of course a large supply of TEQUILAAA (MY FAVE) …. what more could you want out of a city.
If you are into your architecture this is perfect city to visit with some worldwide famously architecture from Gaudi, which you can see some of his work in my pictures below.
Enjoy the photos and I will some more photos that I will take in my trip in September.

For anyone who has gone travelling for a mid to long time away from their home country before, is sure to have post trip depression of some sort.
What most people don’t realise that even though it is emotionally hard to leave home to go travelling, it is almost definitely twice as hard to come home after seeing all these amazing places and making some amazing new friends from all over the world.
One of my fears with coming home was that it would be like time had frozen at home and nothing would have changed, (everyone is in the same jobs, no one has moved houses and your neighbours still have that really annoying cat that you really never liked).
And to be completely honest I was right, nothing had changed, the people were the same and my family even struggled to pin point anything particularly exciting to tell me.
I had been warned by other travellers that the first 2 days of returning home would be the absolute worst!! You would still be slightly jet lag and quite emotional from the long flight from wherever you had been. My major mistake was ringing my friends who were still over in Sydney in the bar that I used to work at, and whilst they were still having a blast over there in the sunshine I was stuck in my old house in the english countryside just hanging out with my dogs (IN MIDDLE OF NOWHERE!!!!). So I may of had a small breakdown, but all is fine!!
It was almost like my time away had just been a super long and very detailed dream (but I am pretty sure it actually happened). I obviously still love all my family and friends and it has been amazing to see them but in some ways I feel abit bored at home now, and just want to start travelling again.
What I would suggest in the first couple of days is to make sure that you have things plans and catch up with all your old friends instead of feeling sorry for yourself in bed all day (which trust me does not help!).
Obviously, one of the best thing is to be able to tell your friends all about the exciting places that you have seen, however there is almost too much to tell and so many stories that you would like to share with your family that you kind of just end up saying:
“yeah had a great time thank you, I absolutely loved it, what have you been up to in the last year…..”
I’ve learnt to kind of keep it short and sweet now just to try and cover all grounds quickly.
I have read that there are some forums online where people can talk together if they also having post travelling blues:
So go and check that out if you like.
I think the only way to solve this problem is to book a flight somewhere super fun and exciting soon….

Here are some of my favourite photos from my travelling earlier on this year.
As I have said before in one of my Smoothie posts, they are really easy to make and a perfect breakfast meal that keeps you feeling fuller for longer.
When you make smoothies it breaks down the fibre and makes it easier to digest and releases those all important natural sugars into the bloodstream.
The good thing about making the smoothies at home is that you know exactly what is going in them and there will be no additives.
All you need to make smoothies is a good blender and simply a few ingredients to get started.
Here is one of my newest gorgeous recipes for you to enjoy!
Peachy Olympic Smoothie (Named after the olympics because…. why not)
300/400ml Water (coconut water or almond milk)
1 x Banana
1 x handful of blueberries
1 x Peach cut into pieces
1 x tablespoon of plain yoghurt
300ml of water
You can also add a few ice cubes to make it a little colder!
Note: The blueberries, blackberries and banana can be frozen or fresh (up to you)
Simply put all the ingredients together in the blender and blend until smooth.
Don’t forget to subscribe to my blog on my home page for more tasty smoothie recipes!!
I have to say that Embargos has to be my guilty pleasure when it comes to London nightclubs.
Yes it is quite cheesy and yes it is pretty over priced, but I always seem to have a great night when we are there.
I had organised a small catch up with some university friends in London (post Australia return), so that I could see some of my friends that I had not yet seen.
My lovely friend Ola, took me in for the evening in their gorgeous flat in Maida Vale and we spent the day lazily hanging out in Regents Park with some G & Ts and a football….. What could be better?
After a strenuous day in the Park we decided at around 6pm that we should start getting ready for the evening.
I will talk quickly about the outfits we chose and where they are from….
It was a beautifully hot day in London and therefore wanted to take advantage of the weather and wear short and summery outfits whilst we had the chance.
I wore a red patterned playsuit which you can see in the pictures below, the playsuit was from a boutique in Sydney and I can’t unfortunately link you to where I got it from… I have however put a similar suggestion at the bottom of the post from ASOS marketplace which is also lovely!
I will also quickly talk about my favourite Red lipstick that I am wearing above.
It is an Yves Saint Laurent lipstick and I am wearing the Le Rouge colour which is £26 but you can really tell the quality with this lipstick and it will stay on all night.
Soon after we got ready we headed to Raouls restaurant which is located on Talbot Road in Maida Vale. Great food and lovely staff but the service was a little slow, and I wouldn’t go back unless it was one of the only places free in the area.
Ola who is on the left in the picture below is wearing a White dress from Zara. Have a look at the end of the post for similar outfit ideas.
